Word Document To .PDF ?

I've composed a few articles, written in MS Word that also contain graphics. I'd like to convert them to a .PDF file, as that seems to be more standard for the net. Is there a utility available to accomplish this? I'd like to not buy the full blown Adobe Acrobat for what will otherwise be "freebies" to the world.
