Anyone made the leap to Blackberry service yet? If so, does it help your business or is it just a toy?

We're currently using Nextel for jobsite activites. I was just talking with our President and Vice-President the other day and they both tried the Ericcson blackberry type service - didn't care for it at all. Said they were going to get the real deal and see how they liked it.

I tried a wireless PDA about 3 yrs. ago. I found it expensive and pretty much useless. I guess that I wasn't alone, the wireless provider went belly-up in less than 18 mos.

Sometimes we get strangled by technology. When some new devices comes to light, a must have, turns into a challenge to use. Some of it is helpfull and some are just expensive toys. I guess it might be a personal thing but I feel paper is very usefull.
