Who Uses A CRM Software Like Salesforce Or Goldmine?

Hey everyone,
I am looking to invest in a Customer Management system that I can use and have the sales staff log on keep track of all leads. I am leaning towards Salesforce, I use it with another busines but I wanted to see who uses one and if their were any CRM just for the Contractor industry (would prefer a web based solution) Thanks in advance.

I had some experience with GoldMine and it was a good program, would alert you to send them a birthday card.

I use Avidian Profit CRM. It is a plugin for Microsoft Outlook. It is inexpensive and does more than I can ever need.
