Vonage

anybody use vonage or other voip system...

i want to know about the caller id & logging of phone calls,

does it maintain a record (a good source of future leads btw)
i have web access in my vehicles, can i sign on to a "log page" and see who called etc... or does it email the caller ID to you if accesed from field... ive scoured their page & couldnt pin this down.. i would call them but they are so persistent i will be on their hourly harass list..

thanks ray

Re: Vonage

I use voip.com. Had it about 3 months and like it so far. I have two lines for $28 per mo. both with voice mail. VM can be checked on email or any phone. Lots of features included.

Re: Vonage

I have Sunrocket. Here's an example of the call logs found online-

Quote:
Cell Phone MN (612) 790-***X Mar 01 8:55 PM Click to Call
Save as Contact
Block Number

MENARDS (651) 306-***X Feb 26 9:17 AM Click to Call
Save as Contact
Block Number

PCS Phone MN (651) 398-***X Feb 21 4:14 PM Click to Call
Save as Contact
Block Number

RAMSEY COUNTY (651) 266-***X Feb 20 9:43 AM
I removed the last four digits of all the numbers for privacy reasons. The one really nice thing I like about it is that I can block specific phone numbers from going through which really helps with the repeat telemarketers. I get a second line free with Sunrocket. The first line is for my home phone and I set up my second line as my fax line. I have an online fax servicec(800 number) and I set the second line (local number) to automatically forward calls to the fax service.

As for voice mails, I can access them either through my phone or online. The voice mails are saved online and I can download them as WAV files to be saved on my computer for as long as I'd like.
