UDA ConstructionSuite 2009 Or An Online Service

I am a painting contractor looking at a complete solution for marketing, contacts, estimating and project management that integrates well with Quickbooks. I am looking at new software to manage our growing business and have narrowed the list to two products: ConstructionSuite 2009 by UDA Technologies and CoreCon.

Does anyone have experience with either of these products. I like the look and feel of ConstructionSuite 2009 but is is a behemoth of a program and utilizes a lot of resources. On the other hand, Corecon seems to have many of the same features, but is a software service. Any thoughts or ideas would be welcomed.
