Toughest Offline Challenge?
Hey, I'm new here and I was hoping to pose a question to the most knowledgeable field of contractors I've seen on the net so far.
What's your toughest challenge dealing with customers offline? What about digital invoicing, ala myonlinetoolbox, or some other service? Basically, my question is: what's the biggest thing that makes your life difficult when it comes to paperwork?

Re: Toughest Offline Challenge?
Having a blister pop on the contract or rubbing a bloddy finger along the paperwork.
Customers don't like gross stuff like that.
