Re: Subcontractor Softwares?

Ummm....I'm thinking Constructware is a bit more than you need, unless your company is much bigger than your website makes it out to be. Constructware is typically used by some of the largest contractors in the country, like Bovis and Clark- companies that need the kind of features it provides (and companies that can absorb the large costs of buying, maintaining, and implementing the program).

What exactly are you trying to get out of your new software?

Hi Bob,

Well what I'm looking to get into my new software is effective management of the business, estimating jobs, invoices, job costs, and a software specialized in site work management for the business.

I decided to go with Constructware because I'm used to using Autodesk Land, and I got to say I'm happy with the softwares Autodesk develops.

By any chance do you know of any good software developers that can do the job for my trade?

One of the Cons about Autodesk is that for their softwares you have to train some of your personnel so they can learn how to use it properly, because Autodesk softwares are very complex.

So I’m looking forward for one that can provides effective management and at the same time not to complicated to use.
