Ringback Tones, Anybody Use Them?
I thought that this would be good so that people wouldn't think that they were dropped. They gave me only a few options and I chose Vivaldi for obvious reasons, I thought. More people complain about it than appreciate it.
I just jacked it up to Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Can't wait for the input! I have a few more in reserve, some Sammy Hagar, Willie, Beachboys and lots of Hendrix.

What is a ringback tone? I don't think my phone has that feature, or is it though the phone company?

Re: Ringback Tones, Anybody Use Them?
A ringback tone (RBT), or audible ringing tone or ringback signal, is the audible ringing that is heard on the telephone line by the calling party after dialing and prior to the call being answered at the distant end.
The "ring" the caller hears

Re: Ringback Tones, Anybody Use Them?
It's just a nice feature as opposed to hearing ringing. You can also assign the ringbacks to particular callers. John can listen to Hendrix, Ol#2 to Stevie Ray and anybody else to Vivaldi.
I can do the same with ringtones. Ol#2 calls and it plays ' the witch is dead', Steve ** calls and it plays 'Money'.
