Looks good George, quick tip though. Upload all of your old pages to your server, which you may have taken down. Search engines, specifically Google and Yahoo build their own internal sitemap and do not forget anything. So when they go to see your "index_005.htm" page and it is not there, they may hurt the rest of your site, as having broken links. Also searching for your company right now, these pages will appear in search results, and you may lose some visitors.

Thanks Aaron,
I passed that along to my SEO person, she agrees.

Re: New Website

So, did you hire someone to do the site for you? If so, how much did it cost?

I hired someone to create a Content Management system
and to optimise it along the lines of my last website.
The cost was about $1,300
but I did most of the content, layout etc. myself.
The content management feature should simplify things in the future.

Looks great George!

EDIT: That's one of the most comprehensive painters websites I have ever seen.

Thanks Joe,
I like the fact that I can change things on it anytime as needs change.
I also have full control of the process.
They are starting a linking campaign as well.

Re: New Website

Not bad.
Too much blank area at top of page.
Logo seems too plain.
Other than that, I like it

Thanks,
It was taking forever and I wanted it up.
You are right, I would love a gallery too.

Thanks,
Good or bad, that's the logo. It does have some branding in some areas here already.
Also, it is in signage, business cards, doorhangers, clothing, hats etc.
Changing a logo now is not an easy decision.
