Anyone out there knows how to create landing page sites at a volume level ?

You lost me at 'volume level'.

A landing page is simply a page where you want people to go as part of a specific marketing campaign. I'm not sure where volume comes into play. If you write a good page, it doesn't matter if you use it once or a million times.

As for the page itself, here are my goals:

• thank them
• less information is more effective (they already followed you this far so you have already set the hook)
• get their contact information: close the deal
• thank them

Anything beyond that is probably a waste of time.
