Hacked!

Well, I've been running websites for 3 1/2 years now so I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. In the last two days two of my sites got hacked. One was www.ContractorLinks.com and the other was a new online trade magazine I've been working on.

Luckly I keep daily and weekly backups of everything so I just had to have my host restore the data. We found the problem and I've been working all day to get my sites updated and get new passwords set.

Also, while I was upgrading www.CleaningTalk.com I ran into an error which caused the site to be down for about 7 hours

It's been a long day. I'm going to bed.

Re: Hacked!

Without understanding the repercussions or current damage, THAT SUCKS! I do understand that it can be bad though.
