Got A Weird Problem With M$ Word

After my recent hard drive crash, I reinstalled M$ Office.
Everytime I open a Word document, I get this error box. I click it, and it opens fine, but it is very irritating. Anybody know why I'm getting this message?

I would delete that m/w program and reinstall . It could be malicios script or just something that has been messed up .

Here are a few possibilities:
Conflict with Norton Anti-Virus http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;891986
Template contains an AutoExec macro that opens a dialog http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;827732
Incompatible add-in http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;838675

Let me know if any of these work for you.
