Re: Galaxy S8?

Look cool but we're iPhone guys. Easy to use and integrates well with our macs. Most of the changes of the phones nowadays are marginal or gimmicky in my opinion.

Re: Galaxy S8?

On the S8 it looks like the screen would break easily on the slightest drop. And if you put it in a protective case it would cover part of the screen. Am I correct on that?

Still running my S4. Not swapping out til it dies. Why? It does what I need it to, it's fast enough and I have it setup exactly the way I need it to.

Yep. I had the S7 Edge for two weeks and dropped it once. The screen shattered like it was hit with a shotgun. It is because the wrap around edges are hard to protect.I had to get a regular S7 to replace it. Hadn't even made the first payment, and we are still paying on the S7 edge that sits in a drawer. The insurance has a 250 dollar deductible.

To be honest, I haven't seen how the Otterbox looks on the S8.

Like I posted a day or so ago, it looks like the S8 Activ will be going to all carriers soon. I'd wait for that one if you are on the fence. It is already at AT&T I believe. It has a flat screen, so not as easily broken. Also, IIRC, a bigger battery.
