Frontpage And Photoshop 5

Quick question,

I have a website that I manage using frontpage, I also have photoshop 5.
Can you upload a photo gallery from photoshop to your site via frontpage extensions I'm not very computer savvy.
Thanks in advance
Jack

As you should know.....frontpage has INSERT on its menu bar. It will request that you insert from your picture file. That file can be anywhere, providing you can access it via your network....

Tried that, when I insert the photo gallery onto the page it shows up fine, but when I preview it in the browser I just get the photo gallery and thumbnails, it won't interact.

I use frontpage and photoshop as well.

I believe you have to create the gallery in FP. I use photoshop to tweak my pics as necessary, or create graphic elements.

Re: Frontpage And Photoshop 5

My PS-5 provides a gallery (much more professional looking) that you can upload to an FTP client, I can't seem to get the %#$@'in thing to work with FP extensions.
I wonder if it is compatible?

Sounds like you are trying to do something that should not be done...hire a profesional if you do not have the ability....

Re: Frontpage And Photoshop 5

I haven't used front page for a while, but chances are it's causing the issue. Usually programs that create the photo gallery will create all the necessary files and folders. You just need to copy those over to your website directory and then link to the gallery.

The issue with this will probably be the style will is different from your front page style/theme and look unprofessional.

If you want some help with this contact me off forum and I may be able to offer you some help.
