Estimating Software Again
Has anyone looked at smart contractor? I did the demo and liked what I saw. Thanks Aladdin for the heads up on this one
What about myonlinetoolbox?? I signed up for a two month trial of my online toolbox. I really like the concept behind the program and really would like to see how this pans out. I got a meeting with my subs tomorrow I am going to see if they would really use a system like this Last edited by rbsremodeling; 01-05-2008 at 01:20 PM. |

Re: Estimating Software Again
Rory, what is it that you would require your subs to have access to?
and how much is the monthly charge for online toolbox? I would like to help in your decision if I can. |

Re: Estimating Software Again
Rory, I carry a Duotouch PC Tablet from Itronix. This ables me to connect to my main office and access any file. I also have a program from Virtual Boss that ables me and all of my subs to log on from any computer anywhere and access schedules, addresses, directions, lock box codes, subcontractor info, customer info, Gantt charts with no monthly fees. And you own it for like $400.
I have no monthly fees! and that is all I need my subs to see. I can also block information from any sub. Here are some photos of the pc tablet with smart contractor running. ![]() ![]()

Re: Estimating Software Again
ALLADIN I want my subs to see job schedule, job info, access to leads that pertain to them that I don't want etc. I see my online tool box as a great resource for that. I would like to combine what I want with online tool box and smart contractor I think the two would be a great combination
