Crew Scheduling Software

Hello everyone, I am in the process of trying to improve performance and I am looking for good scheduling software (ie. tracks teams, projects, lets you know who’s available quickly). We have a painting company -so I need something that will have the ability to recognize small 1-day jobs and long-term projects. So does anyone have anything good they are using or hear about?

Thanks

LOL.

I'm using Microsoft Project for job scheduling and planning. Damn, this business is making ,me more of an office engineer nerd than a construction guy. Between Project and having to upgrade to Office 2007 I drop a Geezal on Bill Gates this month! In the poor house once again!

But Project is making a big difference in being able to plan a job from start to finish and coordinate all the subs, inspections and stuff. It's a terrible pain in the ass, and my hand cramps from to much mouse these days, but it will be worth it I hope.
