Contact Forms, Leads Outside Of Your Area?
For those of you with web-sites, what do you do with leads that you generate outside of your service area? How about leads for jobs that you don't do?
Do you ignore them? Call and offer them another company's name and contact info? Sell the leads to another contractor? Sell the leads to a lead service?

Re: Contact Forms, Leads Outside Of Your Area?
Find someone you can trust and either sell the job for them and have them do the work they promote your company with yard signs, t-shirts etc and they follow your standards. Usually you would get a 10%-20% for generating the lead and selling the job.
Or find someone you can trust and sub the job out to them you should get 30%-50%. Bottom line the customer called you initially so if something goes wrong most likely they will call you back. Same goes if the do a good job though they will call you back. |
