Apple TV?

Anybody got it, you like it? I saw it briefly in action, seems like THE way to go for a home audio system, plus all the video features, all running off your wireless home network.

Re: Apple TV?

Look into MythTV.

I have one computer in the rack with two satellite tuners. I then have multiple computers around the house on the network that will watch live TV or recorded shows from that box. It plays music, pictures, movies, complete program guide, everything. No other way to watch TV anymore.

You just might need a little bit of computer savy to get it set up, but KnoppMyth handles most of that.

Network television will be gone in less than 10 years time. It's already struggling.
