Adobe Help

I am ready to pull my hair out. I have the full Adobe version, and I created a document today in word - transferred it to Adobe - into Adobe designer and started adding the fields so it is a fillable form. Now that I am done - I can't get it out of designer. Is there anyone out there that knows how to use this? Please?

Re: Adobe Help

I've got the same program but unfortunately have never used it for that. Have you tried the help files? Can you open another document and try a quick expirement, just do a simple one line form and try to resave it? Sometimes that is an easy way to figure out what you are doing wrong.

I didn't realize that this thread was in the computer forum. I was expecting a post about (mud) adobe.

I have been trying everything and I think I finally got it.!! I just e-mailed it to myself and am gonna go check it out. I replicated an AIA doc (Shhhhhh) and wanted to make the sections fillable.

Yes - I am replying to myself - I am just about cross eyed right now. It works!! It was one of those creations that if anyone asked me for help now - I wouldn't have a clue. I just seemed to make it through, and am sure I will fumble with the next one. It is a great tool to have! It only took 6 - 7 hours.

Re: Adobe Help

I do not know how to do this w/ Adobe, but have done so w/ Word-it has the ability to have forms of various types. MS also has a program called InfoPath which takes forms and can store the info on the intranet (called Sharepoint)-it's a cool feature I've been using for many years to keep track of potential clients.
