I've been a Ford man for many years. I like the new 2009, I have a 2005 now, I trade every 4 years but it won't be untill the end of 2009.

Great, more time spent in a car!
Office in a laptop
Office on the Web cloud
Office in an iphone even
Office in a bathroom (Mike Finley, anything?)

You do ofice work, you will not be doing production, you will not be doing sales.
You do production, you will not be doing sales or admin.
You do sales, you will not be doing the other two.
I mean at the same time.
If you put one of the activities in a car, nothing changes much on the above.

I have an idea:
Why not Ford (and others) concetrate on building fuel efficient trucks,
that would surely help the contractors.
And the contractors can concetrate on contracting.

How many GPS devices could somebody want anyway?
Turn right at the stop sign, left at the next street whatever...how much help do you really need with that?

Re: 2009 Ford 150

I carry my laptop with me in the truck so I don't have to print copy's of estimates etc. I can just pull it up whenever i need to reference. I can also figure a job at lunch while eating.

I just finally got a GPS and can't believe I waited so long. Just quick trips around town it helps. You learn new routes etc. It helps you find those odd addresses and also keeps you on track while talking on the phone.
