Do not contact me unless you have liability insurance, workmans comp and a business license.

Looking for bids on installing an attic fan. I am in Bordentown. Roof is steep. All I have is purchased the 1600 CFM attic fan. The attic has a junction box and you can stand up in it (although you will need to be on the roof to put the tar, replace shingles, etc...) I have put one myself in before but dont' feel like doing it this time.

you have to be licensed, insured and legal....so you can give me a deal and i'll illegally pay you in cash under the table

I'm looking to have a deck built in my backyard off an existing concrete balcony.

I'm looking to have a deck about 9'-0" to top of deck, about 18' wide x 15' deep - somewhere around that dimension

I want to spend about $3,000 for the entire job (everything), I could do it myself but i'm too busy to do it

Email me an estimate.

I need someone with a hole digger to dig two holes -- both will be two feet deep. Also, I will need you to fill the holes with my "ready-to-use" concrete mix... and then place the 4" x 4"x 12' pole into the hole. The poles need to be two feet into the concrete. I have a permit with the city and they told me I have to put the poles in two feet deep. (This will be the two columns for a lean-to roof. ) This is a relatively small project and I live in Manhattan on the Upper East Side -- East 84th and 2nd Avenue.
If interested, please call me at my home/office: 212-717-0276

Looking for a licensed HVAC contractor for a short 2-4 hour wall-mounted A/C install. Basically, I'm giving you a grand to show up and make sure that my A/C installation doesn't suck. Your entire job is to show up and "bless" the work and the install to make sure hot air is exhausted correctly and power is accounted for and condensation is dealt with and so on and so forth. Quick easy money for someone who is willing to show me their credentials. I will be doing all the work, no baloney. You might be required to tell me about codes or tools or other things I may need to make it 100% quality, professional job, that's it. No heavy lifting on your part.

* it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
* Compensation: $1,000 for 2-4 hours total.

I'll play:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/lbg/1189309762.html

I have tried to post this ad a few times now and it hasn't taken, so here is the short version...

I have an 18 foot travel trailer, and I propose to trade 10 hours of your labor per week for you getting to live in it (with access to the main house).
The work I need done is varied and there is a lot of it, at 10 hours a week, maybe even three years worth.

You have to have SOME skills -
Tile,
plumbing
concrete forms (curved walls)
electrical
lawnmowing/yardwork/moving lots of dirt
drywall
paint (interior and exterios)
roofing
some structural welding
etc.

I have the REAL ad, and will happily email it to you if you email me and ask for it. My number will be at the bottom of that after you have read the full deal.

He wants to get curved concrete forms and structural welding out of someone willing to trade their labor for living in a small travel trailer

What happened to the days, when they offer you a set of knifes, a coffee maker, or BBQ utensils, just to give them a chance to provide you with an estimate?

I missed the good old days!
