What's Contractor's Catch??

Dear contractors

im currently helping my boyfriend on his project assigned by his boss. judging from my bf previous accomplishment, his boss immediately entrusted this big project which is to build a hotel in malaysia. my bf's mission is simple which is to find contractors and manage the execution till its done. the problem is my bf have little experience dealing with contractors but he's a good manager. we are getting married this november, i would not want him to stress too much over his job. so im wondering if forum member could help this very much in love couple out. any suggestion or opinion is hugely appreciated. thx heapss ^^

Waiting to see if this turns into one of those "he needs to have someone in the states cash his checks" scams. Poor guy has his girlfriend posting about all of his faults for the public to see.
