What Is A Corporation ?

hi i open my business for Painting i have get a Ficticious Name first after that i get a license now i wanna know what is a Corporate and why i need ...

what is a diferent beteween corporate with the license .

im really new on this and i dont have help...

I have to get a Liability insurance and Worker's Comp... for Liability only for me is around $680 and for WC for me is around 3000 for year...

Also i need to know how can i get a exception for WC.

i have another question...

what i the diferent betewen "Inc", "Co", "Incorporati on", "Corporation", "Company", "Limited", or "LTD" ..

Don't hire employees,
religious exemption whatever the hell that is
