Timesheet Template?

Does anyone have timesheet template that they'd share with me? I'm looking for a single page format that my foreman can use to keep track of each employee's hours for each day of the week and what job they were working on. It's easy to capture to two of the three but am having difficulty getting the third incorporated. I'm trying to avoid having a separate timesheet for each individual employee.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

See if this works.

I modified the individual time sheets to include several employees. I use the workman's comp codes for tracking time also but if you don't need that, you can change that column or delete it entirely.

Re: Timesheet Template?

I think its important to have 'daily reports' for each job so I use a daily form and a weekly wrap-up form.
