I guess if you consider not knowing where your next paycheck will come from as a reward for hard work then yes?

Is that all you got from this atricle? If so, that's a shame.

Re: Take A Few Minutes To Read This.

That guy's story mirrored mine exactly. I used to be a project manager for a guy some years back, business got slow, some big jobs fell through the cracks. I literally walked into my boss's office one day and dropped the same line..."how long are we going to pretend that I have something to do?". I told him that I can't, in good conscience keep showing up for the sake of a salary. He was relieved because he was fighting the idea of laying me off, he wrote me a cheque right there on the spot for 2 months of work, shook my hand and told me to use that money to cover me until I find something. A month later he called me and handed me a 200k job, I kicked up 20% and we've been best friends since. Matter of fact I just got off the phone with him a few hours ago. A client from his neighbourhood called me for a custom home they want to build and me and the one time boss set an appt. 2moro to see the clients. I'll take the job and split the management fee with him. That's just the way it works, you work together, do good work and eventually things pay off.

Sounds like me 15 years ago. When I had the eye of the tiger. I am trying to get it back.

I am in training as we speak. I am not joking either. I really mean it

Mellison- Reggie Heritage, kinda catchy. I should be playing linebacker...Reggie Brown, Reggie Williams, Reggie Torbor...Reggie Heritage!!! I like it. BuildingHomes- You're my #1 guy in low voltage! Fingers and toes crossed 2moro goes well. I could use a big job right about now. Luckily, the house is in Rosedale...already a good sign!
