SURVEY MONKEY...anybody Use It And For What?

Anyone use Survey Monkey to get feedback from clients, for marketing, etc? I searched here and only one thread seems to have anything but not about uses. The free part seems easy to use and I guess I could put it on my website, but what else?

Do you have an e-mail list of all of your clients? You could email the survey to them all to get feedback on their customer experience, likely to refer, things to improve.
