Spec Homes
Im a new general contractor from central illinois and I am looking into building a spec house. There is a trend of families moving out this way to get away from the hustle and bustle of chicago and surrounding suburbs and are buying houses like crazy. I was wondering if anyone had any advice going into building a spec house.
