Salesman


Would like any feed back in regards to using a sales person.

And how to use them employee or not

Looking to expand business in new areas of newengland that we don't cover now

Fox, check with SCORE (Google = SCORE) and you'll find some experienced folks in that area to help you. For free.

I've not used "hired guns" to sell. I prefer to have just one or two folks do it, that know the business and know how to act in client's home. Ask Grumpy about his 'hired gun'.

I agree SCORE is a great resource for new businesses I've made a few calls and they are really helpful. They also have seminars and so forth. I need to spend more time going to their seminars and speaking with the counselors.

Folks with decent ettiquete (sp?) are hard to find, sometimes. Just be sure they align with your values and behavior expectations.
