Remodelers Turnkey Program
Anyone heard or has bought the remodelers turnkey Program by David Luberger. Seems like it could save some time in systemizing your business. It seems to layout out everyones job roles and give tips an ideas on improving the work flow. Anyone ever use it or packages like it??

Re: Remodelers Turnkey Program
Those with an efficient and organized mind don't need it. Those with an inefficient and disorganized mind won't use it.

It would depend on how large your business is. We do amost 500 jobs a year. I'm going to check into it. We are always looking to improve our business.

Re: Remodelers Turnkey Program
I would think that no matter what someone thats specializes in a field like that would almost always have a better or more efficent system than those of us that specialize in remodeling ,new homes or business. We are in our own businesses could be looked at as a jack of all trades, master of none.

Re: Remodelers Turnkey Program
I figured I would fetch a link for it, since systems in place make an organization more viable and efficient to run.

Re: Remodelers Turnkey Program
I do between 5 and 20 jobs a year, that's not including the filler jobs. I try to net 60% gross profit or more on those jobs on a half million in sales. I probably would not see the merit in this setup. But I agree you need to be organized.
We run very different businesses in the same business. The big question for me is "what do you call organized"? 5- $100K jobs at 60% gross or 20- $25K jobs at 60% gross and what do you put in your pocket?
