Question About Contracts And Forms
Good morning all. I am new here. I have been doing a ton of reading, great stuff so far.
Anyway, I am in the process of setting up my company as a remodeling contractor. I have done most everything with the exception of putting together a legal package of forms and contracts. I am curious how all of you went about this. Did you go to your attorney? What are your thoughts on buying a package of forms? I found a website that promotes such a package and was curiouss if anyone was familiar with them. They ar ABCA Forms . com Any and all advice is appreciated. Shawn |

Re: Question About Contracts And Forms
I am located in Oregon. We are focusing on Residential remodeling. We will be the GC. Currently no employees, but intend to.
I have been in and around the industry for around 18 years. I even ran my own business around 10 years ago. I was moderately succesfull, but really had no idea how to operate a business. Since then I have worked for a company in a slightly unrelated field. Through that opportunity, my understanding of business has grown substantially. Anyway, were I am getting hung up is on where to get proper documentation, to protect myself, my business and my customers. Thanks again for any help. Re: Question About Contracts And Forms
We use easy to read, plain english Contract and forms. Best for you and your clients. Forget all the solicitors.
