Project Notebook/Organizer??

I am in the middle of a large remodel project, and managing subs, bids, schedule, etc. - basically playing GC on a huge old house that the owner is converting to a law office/living space. I usually do smaller remodels but this is a 6-month project/historical etc.

ANYWAY, is there a good project organizer/type thing out there for contractors? I currently use the Franklin planner/day runner system but it is not helping with my load of responsibilities.

Any good stuff out there?

Paper based - I always liked the Day Timer system better

Now it is Outlook & Project - get a decent HP PDA, especially running MS if you use the two products above (less hassles & complications)
Day Timer also has a electronic version to as I recall
