Project Managers And Salaries
I know that this forum represents industry professionals of varying trades/operations. Everything from one man shops to much larger corporations. And I know that PM's play an integral part in some/most of these operations.
Myself, I'm not big enough to support a full-time PM as yet, though I do have a foreman that somewhat doubles as a PM. So my question is, regardless of whether you already have a PM or not... How much do you pay/expect to pay a PM and what duties and responsibilities would you assign him/her? I'm taking a census. Thanks in advance for replies. |

Re: Project Managers And Salaries
We have full time PM for custom residences or larger TI, pay is calculated in bid, start is about $50,000 / yr, he is on project site from start to end, dusk till dawn.
That is for Las Vegas, NV.
