Re: Pay Or Don't Pay
Talk to your sales rep, reason with him and I am sure they will await payment until the unit is working properly, what you were expecting when you placed the order. Don't just assume, make the first phone call and get it dealt with sooner rather than later

Re: Pay Or Don't Pay
Yeah, I'm with Chris on this one call them and talk about it. This is a simple case of why you should always mark up materials. It helps ase the headaches a little when sh*t like this happens. Customers don't want to hear later you need more money for dealing with problems like this, and it does take extra time and trips to mess with. Now you have a good example to explain to customers why you markup, even though I think you don't have to justify it. Sorry kinda highjacking here.

Re: Pay Or Don't Pay
This Does Not Have To Do With The Customer . I Will Handle This With Supplier But I Left Message With Sales Rep And No Reply.
I Alway Make Sure Customer Is Taken Care Of No Matter What. |

Re: Pay Or Don't Pay
Your right, I agree completely, take care of the customer always, this is not a customer problem. Definately a supplier problem - but I'm pretty sure they (suppliers)aren't going to hand you any money for dealing with it. You might get a "Sorry". Like I said material markup - different topic - Sorry.
BTW - Why Is Every Word Cap.? j/k kindof? |

Re: Pay Or Don't Pay
Keep on you sales rep everyday and after a week if still no call back, call the A/R department and work it out with them, I promise you HE will return the call to them to straighten it out.
