Pac North Commercial Super Comp Poll
I am looking to compare what Commercial GC's in the 5 Million arena are currently paying including benefits/trucks, etc to their small works (working) Superintendents in charge of up to $500,000 projects.
We do have some national and regional comps, but I am not sure I really believe them. We want to continue being fair, but some times think we are too generous resulting in employees who have an "entitled" attitude. Thanks in advance for your input. Last edited by Selkirk; 12-01-2007 at 01:49 AM. |
