Saratoga County and Columbia County are pretty good.

It looks like a good year for commercial work.

I'm not planning on doing much residential work this year so I haven't been keeping track, but I am getting a lot of calls from other contractors who are looking for work.

To me, the residential market looks like 10 million sorry hacks working for 10 million cheap house flippers. Good spectator sport. Have fun guys...

last year was horrendous, ended up going to myrtle beach where it was booming, but after it slowed in febuary i came back up to give it another shot, seems like it might be a good one, but with ny you never know.

Putnam, Westchester, Dutchess

BBL is a good outfit. They have high standards, so it will always be difficult for them to find good PMs.

We did some work on the new NBT bank in Latham for BBL last year. We were working out of Hershberg and Hershberg in Albany NY (another good outfit).

We also did the layout on a custom home for a PM who works for Turner. Turner has a pretty good presence in the capital district right now.

Most of my work is for the largest firms in the area. They're all having trouble finding good PMs.

I see you do dirt work. I had Delany(sp?) Construction on the Latham Job.

A super working with Delaney. Good. I see that you guys travel with the big boys.

Yup, love dirt. When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them that I stand in the mud and solve triangles.

Nice talking to you. I've got to run. Triangles to solve...

Best regards,
Michael
