New PA Registration And Phila Parking Auth
Does anyone know if once you register with the state under the new home improvement contractor law that this registration will make you eligible to purchase a contractor parking placard from the Phila Parking Authority ?

Re: New PA Registration And Phila Parking Auth
I find it hard to believe it is June and you are concerned with a contractor parking placard...have you not performed any work in the city all year? Aren't you already registered with the city? You pay taxes, don't you? Therefore, you should be on file and simply make a call to them requesting one...and as far as the new statewide registration is concerned, assuming that you are going to be starting to work in the city July 1, 2009 (and never worked "legally" in the city before) they should issue you a parking placard provided you have registered with the state.
