Need Legal Verbage
Hello, this is my first time to use this site and I need some help with a legal phrase. I am creating a subcontractor contract and have been asked to add an item stating that all workers must be US citizens and of legal age. Any ideas??
Thanks, Melarie |

Re: Need Legal Verbage
I would recommend consulting a lawyer, most will counsel you for a minimal consulting fee of $50 to $100. I would think that it would be illegal to deny someone a job because they were'nt a US Citizen. If they are a legal resident alien, wouldn't they be employable.

Re: Need Legal Verbage
I'm lost here.....The thread is labeled 'Legal Verbage'.....In my experience the only verb associated with 'legal' defines as 'bend over'.
