Hey guys first of all I have been in buisness many years and have had no problem with residental work. Recently we were low bid on a shingle job for a college campus. This was a learning experience for us. Not as far as the job itself that went fine and I guess so did all the paper work. But I would like to learn a bit more about the paper work side of commercial work, because we have been asked to bid on some more work in the future. What I would like to know if you guys know any online small course or other info on the paper work side of the job. Thanks Bob.
