Re: Need Advice On My Estimating
Hi and welcome!
Have you checked out the sticky concerning pricing and estimating? I found it to be the best advice, because getting a price comparison from someone on here just doesn't make a lot of sense when you consider the factors that play into a job estimate. For example, we've come to our job costing method simply by understanding what it takes to run our company in the black. And it just so happens that the market agrees with our prices, as we gain customers steadily. That we are competitive is just a by-product of a healthy understanding of what we need to stay in business. |
