Hi everyone. Just a note to let everyone know I just set up my new nationwide estimating service.
Regardless of project size or scope of work I can provide estimate for all your needs. My fee will be 3% of job cost |

All kidding aside, Xactimate is pretty darned close to a nationwide estimating tool. Not really a service, so much.

It is very accurate on labor and material cost. Its being able to add or recognize what difficult or above average work, staging etc will cost. That's where most guys get burnt |
