Ms/tx Workman's Comp Requirements
Hello-
I would like to work in MS, LA or TX legally. I am incorporated and WC exempt in FL, and would like to work with 2-4 others, probably all paid through my corporation, but I am open to other ideas. I do not have a contractor's license- just occupational licenses, by county for specific trades. -do any of these states grant Workman's Comp exemptions? -short term employee leasing or temp labor service? I am looking at cutting and clearing trees/fence work/blue roof/QC/etc. Thanks, Mike |
