MIS/IT In Construction
Hello all!
I have recently started a job at a construction company that does general contracting and engineering as an IT manager. I am still learning the ropes of this business and wanted to ask 2 questions: 1. What is the business process that you go through to get a job? I'd like to get the prospective of others to understand the process from lead generation to biddinging to completion. 2. What are some of the challenges that you see that you would want someone in IT to resolve or what are the main complaints you have with your IT department? Any help you can give me with either or both of these questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again! |
