Looking For Financing To Expand And Update My General Contracting Business


I am looking for some referals of some lender other contractors have had success with and also any advice some of the more experienced guys might have on the subject. I have been in operation for 5 yrs and am at a point where i want to grow but am limited by cash on hand, i have equity in tools and equipment, will that be enough to help get some capitol for growth?

From the sounds of it unless you have piss poor credit. You are eligible for a SBA loan. Make sure you have a business plan before you go in or they will tell you before you even apply don't bother.
