Loan Companies To Use For Clients


Any one know of any loan compnies ie:GE,Wells Fargo
That does unsecured loans as well as secured loans for Home Improvements.

Would be good to have a few to offer to make the deal go better and quicker. Client may be more willing to get the job done if you(me) can find financing.

I guess that's your perogative. For my business, I prefer to not get involved with "their" finances - they should have any financing issues taken care of before they call me.

It may help you get the job but a couple of other things may happen: you might help them get financing so they can hire another contractor or worse, they could end up being PITA customers and try to nickle and dime you for all kinds of "free" changes.
