Insurance For My New GC Company In Florida

One of the very first insurance companies [Brown & Brown] I check for insurance quotes tells me that because there are TWO owners in the company that my premium is will be $15,000 per year. However, if there was only one owner then my premiums would only be $5,500 per year. WTF, thieves!

I guess they were politely saying that they didn't want our business.

I am waiting on a bid from another company that I found through the Home Builders and Contractors Association. Hopefully, it will go much better than some of the others.

End Rant.

Then they come in at years end and want an audit or standing of your books. Then they try to squeeze out a little more

Can't stand em
