Info USA Users...how Up To Date Is The Info?

I'm not sure what their method for gathering information is.......so I was wondering how "timely" the information is.

Do they show you home sales from 2 and 3 weeks ago, or is it pretty timely.....like homes that closed yesterday?

Thanks in advance......I may have to test it for $100, but if anyone could give me an idea I'd REALLY appreciate.

Outstanding forum by the way. Really pumped I found it.

I have sales genie and there have been siginficant issues with some of the accuracy. all i can tell you is to send mailing with the name and current resident listed.

yeah, i was a little skeptical about the accuracy and timeliness.

I've got a better way to get the information I believe.
