I Hate To Ask This But....
does anyone have an idea on the cost to build apartments?
i had a call yesterday from someone that i built some houses for years ago now he wants to do apartments. i know what houses can be built for in my area, albuquerque nm, but i have never built apartments. he wants to do 33 units nothing fancy just basic apartments 8' ceilings, formica countertops, box cabinets really nothing fancy i could work up a ballpark number for him but he wants to meet in 2 days and of course my week is booked thanks for the advice |

First we must know what size the crown molding will be and if the kitchen hood vents exterior or does it simply recycle the air because my wife hates this. Rope lighting?

The re-skin is framed 24oc... will now need to be 12oc.
