Re: How And Where To Find Good Help?
Found one good one with an ad on craigslist. You might try putting an ad there. Found both my worst and best employee there.

Re: How And Where To Find Good Help?
I have ALWAYS found good help on "Catch-Out Corner". The local South-of-the-Border, early-morning hang out. It may take a few attempts to find a good set-up, but I find that the ones with cellphones are usually a bit better at what you may ask.
I hired two yesterday and before I knew it they had the truck stripped of equipment and were hard at work completing the task that I had not yet explained. Blew my mind!
