Good Magazines
I get a couple of good magazines that are related to business and construction. My two favorite are the Consumer Report Guide and I'm always sure to pick up the latest JLC magazine at my local suppliers when I see a new one.
I think the two are a good compliment for remodeling and renovation because the C/R/G lets me see a lot of different test on many remodeling supplies and I know that this is what most of the public is seeing. Journal of Light Construction gives great tips and up to date facts on techniques and the basic science of construction. They also address business as a contractor too. I was wondering what you guy's read that might be helpful/ informative? I wouldn't mind getting one or two more good magazines if they help.

WaterShapes, Commercial Contractor, ENR, Masonry Construction, Masonry Magazine, The Line (or your local equiv.), Concrete Today, Hardscape Magazine, Landscape Contractor, Door and Window Manufacturer Magazine, Door and Shelter Magazine, Texas Architect. It is a good thing I like to read on the throne....

Re: Good Magazines
Many good mags for each trade.
Being into wallcovering I like the new PDCA glossy rag, DECō, and then PWC (Painting and Wallcovering Contractor), plus others that pertain to what I do. But the best bang for the the buck, is a little publication out of Boston, Pulp Fusion, but I'm a little partial to that one (yup, I AM shameless)

Re: Good Magazines
I get JLC and New England Home Magazine
That last one if you click the link, you can see the whole edition and browse it if you like before you buy it. It's mostly for designing. Snobby architect stuff. Gives me ideas and I can see what others are doing in the area for high end work.
