In Gear Business Management
I recently became a member of NAPP, I was under the assumption that the In Gear Management tools were a part of the membership, however all I can find for download on the NAPP member site is the introductory 1st chapter, can anyone offer anything on this?

Don,
I just went to the resources section and it lets me download.

"Starting the In-Gear Series" is the introduction to it.
The following 11-12 headings are the rest of the chapters.
